I visited the ruins of Llangollen Castle in North Wales, United Kingdom in November 2024. This is my interpretation of the scene and is the second painting that I completed from my on-site sketch and photos. My creative process is to make several sketches and take photos while on site, then design a painting by making thumbnail sketches.
