Beefeater Gin

While the bottle of spirits is not in evidence, the colours of the fruit garnishing the cocktail (lemons and maraschino cherries) reference the red and gold Beefeater Gin label. Rippling around is a circular motif, repeated in the bubbles fizzing up in the cocktail, mirrored by the rim of the glass, the wheels of lemon, and echoed by the rim of the tray it all sits upon.
