Our Boy Arthur

Arthur is brimming with attitude and I hope this portrait conveys this! His defining feature (other than his unusual ears) is his underbite which makes him look intense but actually he is a 60 pound lap dog. I tend to be more of a loose painter but his stature required a tighter, more rendered approach.
