Evening Serenade

This piece was inspired by walking out into the marsh using a board walk from Hunting Island, SC. The sun was setting, and a brilliant fuchsia light was shining upon the clouds over the marsh. I wanted to highlight the meeting of the wetlands and the sky. Oil on linen.
